Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to a rail brace and a rail brace system. The rail brace comprises a bottom plate, which is provided with a mounting slot extending through the middle of the bottom plate; a vertical plate, which is perpendicularly connected to the bottom plate and is arranged extending from the edge of a first side of the bottom plate away from a first face of the bottom plate; an elastic layer, which is arranged on an outer vertical face of the vertical plate and extends to the connection of the vertical plate and the bottom plate; and a supporting plate, which is perpendicularly connected to the bottom plate and arranged extending from the edge of a second side of the bottom plate away from a second face of the bottom plate, wherein the first side is arranged opposite the second side, and the first face is arranged opposite the second face. In the rail brace, providing the elastic layer enables the rail brace to be closely fitted to a rail after being assembled, thereby better enhancing the transverse rigidity of the rail, and reducing the problems of abrasion and safety caused by outward tilting of the rail due to insufficient rigidity. In addition, a certain damping function is provided, thereby reducing wheel-rail vibration noise.
