Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments. Provided are a Raman spectroscopy probe and a Raman spectroscopy detection apparatus. The Raman spectroscopy probe comprises an optical fiber module, and an amplification lens group (104) and a detection window (105) sequentially provided on an optical path of the optical fiber module. The optical fiber module comprises an excitation optical fiber (101) and a plurality of collection optical fibers (102) which are parallel to and surround a circumference of a fiber core of the excitation optical fiber (101), and the detection window (105) is located at an object distance of a lens close to a detection end in the amplification lens group (104); the amplification lens group (104) comprises a plurality of convex lenses arranged in sequence, and a distance between every two adjacent convex lenses is equal to a sum of an image distance of the previous convex lens and an object distance of the next convex lens; focal lengths of the plurality of convex lenses of the amplification lens group (104) are all f, and all satisfy the object-image distance ratio of n:1, and the length L of the amplification lens group (104) satisfies (I), wherein N is a magnification times, and M is the number of convex lenses. According to the apparatus, a to-be-detected object can be just located at a focusing position of an optimal excitation optical fiber, thereby improving the reliability and stability of a Raman signal, and the portability is good.
