Abstract:
A synchronous lifting and transverse moving device for long steel rail replacement, comprising a door-type frame (3), a transverse moving trolley (6), a lifting rod (4), a transverse moving rod (5), and a rail clamping device (7). The door-type frame (3) is formed by two cross beams juxtaposed; a gap is left between the two cross beams; a notch is formed in the bottom of the transverse moving trolley (6) and matched with the door-type frame (3); the lifting rod (4) is provided in the transverse moving trolley (6); the rail clamping device (7) is provided at one end of the bottom of the lifting rod (4); the lifting rod (4) passes through the gap of the door-type frame (3) and is connected to a steel rail; and one end of the transverse moving rod (5) is connected to the transverse moving trolley (6) and used for driving the transverse moving trolley (6) and the lifting rod (4) to transversely move together. The device uses a modularized, lightweight, and rapid assembly and disassembly design, facilitating a constructor to carry the device into and out of a construction site, the long-distance long steel rail replacement can be achieved, and manpower resources are saved.
