Abstract:
Provided are an access method, a terminal device and a base station, the method comprising: the terminal device being determined to satisfy a pre-set condition of link exception at the current moment, and the current moment is within a pre-configured time window; the terminal device choosing an access resource from at least two access resources as a target access resource, wherein the at least two access resources are effective for the terminal device in the time window, each access resource of the at least two access resources includes a time-frequency resource and a sequence corresponding to the time-frequency resource, and radio resource control (RRC) context information about the terminal device in the time window is stored in the base station; and the terminal device using the time-frequency resource in the target access resource to transmit an access signal to the base station, wherein the access signal is determined according to the sequence in the target access resource. In the embodiments of the present invention, the terminal device does not need to request for the RRC resource again, as it is able to reduce access time delay of the terminal device.
