Abstract:
The present invention provides a reaction system and a method for preparing an adiponitrile by means of the ammoniation of adipic acid. The reaction system comprises: an ammoniation reactor, a gas-liquid separation tank and a rectifying tower that are connected sequentially, wherein the ammoniation reactor is provided with a raw material inlet and an reaction feed liquid outlet; the raw material inlet comprises an ammonia gas inlet; the reaction feed liquid outlet is connected with the side wall of the gas-liquid separation tank; and the top of the gas-liquid separation tank is in communication with the rectifying tower. The reaction system provided by the present invention optimizes the reaction route, improves the reaction separation efficiency, improves the mass transfer effect at the reaction phase interface, and thus improves the quality and yield of a product.
