Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reaction system and process for preparing butanol and octanol based on the microinterface-enhanced carbonylation of propylene. The reaction system comprises a carbonyl synthesis unit, a butyraldehyde treatment unit, a butyraldehyde condensation unit, a hydrogenation reaction unit, a purification unit, and a microinterface generator. In the present invention, by installing the microinterface generator to treat propylene and syngas, the propylene and syngas are broken into micron-scale bubbles on the micrometer scale, the micron-scale bubbles are mixed with a solution of a rhodium catalyst and triphenylphosphine to form a gas-liquid emulsion, so as to increase the area of the phase interface between a gas phase and a liquid phase; furthermore, the effect of enhancing the mass transfer is achieved within a lower preset operation condition range, the efficiency of carbonyl synthesis from the propylene and syngas is improved, the reaction efficiency and utilization rate of the propylene are improved, and the production cost of butanol and octanol is reduced, so that the present invention meets existing circular economy requirements.
