Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a process for industrial preparation of nitric acid employing micro interface enhancement. The system comprises a reactor (1), a concentrated nitric acid generator (2) and a micro interface generator (3), among others. The process comprises causing nitrogen dioxide gas to form into micrometer-sized micro gas bubbles, and mixing the micro gas bubbles with deionized water to form a gas-liquid mixture, so as to increase the interfacial surface area between the gas phase and the liquid phase, and achieve the effect of enhanced mass transfer under preset operation conditions. Micro gas bubbles can be sufficiently mixed with deionized water to form a gas-liquid mixture, wherein the gas phase and the liquid phase are sufficiently mixed, thus ensuring the deionized water in the system can make sufficient contact with nitrogen dioxide gas, which effectively increases the reaction efficiency in the system and thus enhances nitric acid conversion rate.
