Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a reaction vessel for nucleic acid amplification, said reaction vessel having a vertically long shape, wherein a lower part in the lengthwise direction is a reaction liquid accommodation space and an upper part is a reaction liquid supply space, the reaction liquid supply space has a reaction liquid supply port and discharge port, and the reaction liquid supply port is located below the discharge port in the lengthwise direction. In addition, the present invention pertains to a reaction vessel for nucleic acid amplification, said reaction vessel having a vertically long shape, wherein a lower part in the lengthwise direction is a reaction liquid accommodation space and an upper part is a reaction liquid supply space, and at least a portion of the vicinity of the boundary between the reaction liquid supply space and the reaction liquid accommodation space has a protruding part facing the interior of the reaction vessel. The present invention provides a reaction vessel for nucleic acid amplification, a cartridge, and a nucleic acid amplification method, with which the occurrence of false positives can be suppressed.
