Abstract:
A reactive monomer comprises a biphenyl structure and polymerizable groups that are connected to two sides of the biphenyl structure. A liquid crystal panel comprises a first base plate, a second base plate and a liquid crystal layer located between the first base plate and the second base plate, wherein each base plate is configured with an alignment film, the liquid crystal layer comprises a liquid crystal composition, and the liquid crystal composition comprises the reactive monomer. The reactive monomer can more effectively absorb the ultraviolet light, shorten the illumination time of UV1, and improve the production efficiency.
