Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reagent kit for measuring glycated albumin and a method for measuring a glycated albumin proportion using same, wherein the reagent kit can measure the glycated albumin proportion by means of a single injection of a measurement sample, and comprises an albumin pretreatment and reaction reagent, a glycated albumin reaction reagent, and a protein precipitant. The method for measuring the glycated albumin proportion using the reagent kit for measuring glycated albumin according to the present invention can specify the glycated albumin proportion by simultaneously measuring a plurality of light sources, and thus has the advantage of being capable of measuring glycated albumin simply with an optical analyzer in one measurement cartridge without a separate measurement process.
