Abstract:
This application relates to the technical field of biological sample testing, and in particular, to a reagent reaction box (100) and an application of the reagent reaction box (100) in biological sample testing. The reagent reaction box (100) of this application comprises a reagent storage portion (102), a reagent releasing portion (150), and a reaction portion. The reagent storage portion (102), the reagent releasing portion (150), and the reaction portion are all disposed inside the reaction box (100). The reagent storage portion (102) comprises at least one reagent containing cavity, and the reagent containing cavity is sealed by a sealing element (104). The reagent releasing portion (150) comprises a push rod (152) movable relative to the reagent storage portion (102), the push rod (152) is connected to the sealing element (104), and the push rod (152) is used to coordinate with an external device to separate the sealing element (104) from the reagent storage portion (102). The reaction portion comprises at least one reaction region, and the reaction region receives a reagent released by the reagent storage portion (102). The application of the reagent reaction box (100) in biological sample testing of this application comprises the reagent reaction box (100). The reagent reaction box (100) of this application is a single entity, and only needs to coordinate with a test kit (200). With one operation, the reagent in the reagent storage portion (102) can be released rapidly.
