Abstract:
A rear anti-collision beam assembly structure and a vehicle. The rear anti-collision beam assembly structure comprises a rear anti-collision beam body (1), and energy-absorbing boxes (2) provided at the two ends of the rear anti-collision beam body (1); each energy-absorbing box (2) comprises a box body (21) and a mounting plate (22); the box body (21) is a semi-closed structure formed by bending a plate, and comprises a first opening and a second opening which are communicated with each other; the first opening and the rear anti-collision beam body (1) are fixedly connected; the second opening is provided with the mounting plate (22); and the mounting plate (22) is turned to the outside of the box body (21). On the basis of the rear anti-collision beam assembly structure, the structure of each energy-absorbing box (2) is formed by bending a plate, thereby reducing the cutting of excess materials, and improving the utilization efficiency of the plate; the mounting plate (22) of each energy-absorbing box (2) is disposed outside the energy-absorbing box (2), thereby increasing the stress area of a mounting point during collision, and improving the collision stability; and the bending formation of an entire plate causes the number of parts to be reduced and a welding process for the energy-absorbing boxes (2) to be saved, so that the weight of the rear anti-collision beam assembly can be greatly reduced, and costs are reduced.
