Abstract:

The present disclosure discloses the structure of a receiver in a wireless communication system. According to one embodiment applicable to the present disclosure, a receiver comprises: a matching unit for aligning phases of radio frequency (RF) signals received through each of a plurality of antennas; a processing unit for converting the phase-aligned RF signals into analog baseband signals; and a plurality of conversion units for converting the analog baseband signals into a digital bit stream. Each of the plurality of conversion units combines output signals of a plurality of sub-conversion units mapped to each of the plurality of antennas so as to convert the output signals into the digital bit stream, wherein the plurality of sub-conversion units may comprise: a first sub-conversion unit for quantizing a first signal branched from the analog baseband signals; and a second sub-conversion unit for quantizing a difference between an output signal obtained from a sub-conversion unit connected thereto from among the plurality of sub-conversion units and a second signal branched from the analog baseband signals.
