When an export service was directly used, it was impossible to determine, in advance, whether a removable medium, which is a recording destination, could support the export service. There are included a data acquiring unit (101) that acquires, from a content server (120), information required to export a content and including both information about a function needed by the receiver terminal (100) and information about a function needed by a removable medium (108); a determining unit (104) that compares information of the functions possessed by the receiver terminal with the information about the function needed by the receiver terminal, compares information of the functions possessed by the removable medium with the information about the function needed by the removable medium and that determines whether the exporting of the content can be executed; and a control unit (103) that causes, in accordance with a result of the determination implemented by the determining unit, a processing, which is related to the purchasing or exporting of the content, to be performed.
