Abstract:
Provided are a recombinant artemisia annua pollen type I allergen (Art al), and gene coding and expression purification methods therefor. By combining different optimized gene sequences, different secretory signal peptides, expression vectors and strains, the Art al obtained has a protein expression quantity of 200 mg/L, a purity of 99%, and an activity equivalent to that of natural protein, and can be used for desensitization immunotherapy and allergen diagnosis of artemisia pollen allergic diseases.
