Abstract:
Provided are a recombinant Artemisia vulgaris pollen type I allergen (Art v1), a gene encoding same, and a method for expressing and purifying same. Art v1 obtained by means of the optimization of different gene sequences and the combination of different secretory signal peptides, expression vectors and strains has a protein expression of more than 200 mg/L and a purity of more than 99%, has an activity comparable to that of a natural protein, and can be used for the desensitization immunotherapy and allergen diagnosis of Artemisia L pollen allergic diseases.
