Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector for conantokin-G secretion and an attenuated Salmonella strain transformed therewith, and provides: an attenuated Salmonella strain transformed with a recombinant expression vector comprising the flgM gene and the conantokin-G gene; an anticancer pharmaceutical composition comprising the attenuated Salmonella strain as an active ingredient; and a recombinant expression vector capable of enhancing conantokin-G secretion capacity.
