Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector for melittin secretion and an attenuated Salmonella strain transformed therewith, and provides an attenuated Salmonella strain transformed with a recombinant expression vector comprising: an flgM gene; and a melittin gene, an anticancer pharmaceutical composition comprising the attenuated Salmonella strain as an active ingredient, and a recombinant expression vector for enhancing a melittin secretory ability.
