Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant vector comprising a pig-derived tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase gene and a use thereof, wherein the recombinant vector of the present invention may be usefully used for production of a recombinant protein by using a tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase protein as a fusion partner to increase the receptivity of a target protein in a host cell.
