Abstract:
[Problem] To enable continuous correspondence with service staff when reconnecting from interruptions to a remote service between operators and customers, while inhibiting reductions in the convenience to the customers. [Solution] This reconnection management system 100 is configured so as to include a computation device 104 which executes: a process in which a communication interruption event between a customer terminal 200 used by a customer of a service at a prescribed facility and an operator terminal 300 used by a member of staff providing the prescribed service is detected, and reconnection pending status information is associated with the member of staff, and stored in a storage device 101; and a process in which when a prescribed event is generated from any customer terminal 200 in the facility within a prescribed period since the detection, processing for identifying, as a reconnection candidate, the operator terminal 300 of the person with whom the reconnection pending status information is associated, among the members of staff who have provided the service to the customer terminals 200 of the facility.
