Abstract:
This recovery support system comprises a storage unit (9), a learning unit (11), a receiving unit (10) and a determination unit (12). The learning unit (11) performs machine learning on first status data, second status data and third status data stored in the storage unit (9). When the receiving unit (10) receives first status data, the determination unit (12) determines whether it is necessary to dispatch maintenance personnel to rectify the fault in said device, on the basis of second status data about the device which has transmitted said first status data, and learning results generated by the learning unit (11).
