Abstract:
Disclosed is a rectangular material storehouse for multi-channel feeding, full-plane discharging, and folding type scraping. Feeding devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of columns of bins. The feeding device comprises a feeding belt conveyor, a discharging vehicle, a feeding walking cart and a reversible bin allocation belt conveyor, wherein the discharging vehicle can take materials from the feeding belt conveyor, and the reversible bin allocation belt conveyor can receive incoming materials from a chute of the discharging vehicle. Scraping devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of columns of the bins. The scraping device comprises a scraping walking cart which spans and matches scraping rails on two sides of the bins, wherein the scraping rails are longitudinal and have the same length as a storehouse body in a longitudinal direction; a rotating platform is arranged below the middle of the scraping walking cart; an arm seat is arranged at a transmission tail end of a lower part of the rotating platform, the arm seat is hinged to a boom, a jib and a scraping bucket in sequence, and when the boom, the jib and the scraping bucket are unfolded, the scraping bucket can scrape a side wall of a bin; and the boom, the jib and the scraping bucket can smoothly cross partition walls between adjacent bins in the same column along with the scraping walking cart when the boom, the jib and the scraping bucket are folded. The present invention can feed and discharge materials in a full plane and avoid stacking corners.
