Abstract:
Provided is a rectangular material warehouse having multi-channel material-feeding and foldable material-scraping; material-feeding apparatuses correspond one-to-one to the number of rows of material bins, and comprises a material-feeding belt conveyor (21), a material-discharging carriage (23), a reversible bin-distribution belt conveyor (24), and the material-discharging carriage can pick up material from material-feeding belt conveyor and the reversible bin-distribution belt conveyor can receive incoming material from the material-discharging carriage; material-scraping apparatuses correspond one-to-one to the number of rows of material bins, and comprise a material-scraping traveling gantry (32) which fits spanning across material scraping tracks (31) on both sides of the material bin; the material scraping tracks are longitudinal and run the length of the bin body; a rotating platform (33) is disposed under the middle of the material-scraping traveling gantry; a drive end at the lower part of the rotating platform is provided with an arm base (34); the arm base is hingedly connected, in sequence, to a large arm (38a), a small arm (38b), and a scraping bucket (35); when the large arm, small arm, and scraping bucket are unfolded, the scraping bucket can scrape the side walls of the material bin; the large arm, small arm, and scraping bucket, when folded, can, along with the material-scraping traveling gantry, smoothly traverse the partition wall (14) between adjacent bins in the same column. The material warehouse is capable of multi-channel material feeding and full-plane material discharge, and prevents accumulation of material in corners.
