Abstract:
When a demodulation circuit is connected in parallel to the input of a radio tag multi-stage
rectification circuit, the rectification circuit is affected by the impedance
of the demodulation circuit to increase the minimum input power for generating
a predetermined power voltage and the communication distance between a radio
tag and a reader/writer device is shortened. In order to solve this problem, the
demodulation circuit is connected at an intermediate stage of the multi-stage
rectification circuit so as to reduce the affect of the impedance of the demodulation
circuit and enable generation of a predetermined power supply voltage even if
the communication distance between the radio tag and the reader/writer device
is large and the input power to the radio tag is small.
