Abstract:
[Solution] A rotation device formed comprising blades, which are attached to a rotational shaft and receive the flow of a fluid and thereby rotate the rotational shaft, is provided with a resistance suppressor which is axially supported on the rotational shaft and rotates with the flow of the fluid so as to suppress resistance acting on the rotational shaft due to the fluid flowing in from the upstream side of the rotational shaft.
