Abstract:

A recycling method for PCB nitric acid tin-stripping waste liquid: using a metal ion trapping agent to separate metal ions from the tin-stripping waste liquid, and further purifying and removing impurities from the tin-stripping waste liquid having metal ions removed; adding nitric acid, a copper protective agent, and a tin complexing agent to configure the regenerated tin-stripping liquid for reuse on the PCB tin-stripping production line; dissolving the separated metal ion precipitate with hydrochloric acid, and then using a double-membrane three-chamber electrolytic cell to perform electrolytic deposition on the metal ion solution to recover metallic tin, metallic copper, ferric chloride solution, and hydrochloric acid solution, the hydrochloric acid solution being reused in the process of dissolving the metal ion precipitate; the present method separates metal ions from tin-stripping waste liquid and obtains metal tin and copper and ferric chloride water purifying agent by means of an electrolytic deposition method, and further removes impurities and purifies the tin-stripping waste liquid, reusing same in the PCB stripping production line after adding effective ingredients, and thereby achieving the recycling of nitric acid tin-stripping waste liquid, being good for the environment and greatly reducing costs.
