Title:
REFRIGERANT COMPRESSION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/135851
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a refrigerant compression device capable of suppressing increases in processing costs, worsening of coaxiality and refrigerant leakage by providing a joint between a concave portion and a convex portion away from a sealing portion and increasing the rigidity of a pressure vessel. The refrigerant compression device of the present invention comprises: a tubular vertical pressure vessel; a compression unit provided in the pressure vessel on an upper side and having a fixed scroll and a rocking scroll; a tubular frame fixed to the pressure vessel via a sealing portion and a joint; and an electric motor unit provided in the pressure vessel on a lower side away from the compression unit. The sealing portion is configured to bring faces perpendicular to a radial direction of the pressure vessel and the frame into contact in a circumferential direction across the entire circumference by pressure in the radial direction. The joint is configured to join a concave portion formed in the pressure vessel on a lower side away from the sealing portion and a convex portion formed in the frame, and to bring faces separated in the radial direction and parallel to the radial direction into contact by pressure.
