Abstract:
Provided are a refrigerant pipe, a heat exchanger, and a method for manufacturing a refrigerant pipe, with which corrosion can be suppressed in a refrigerant pipe containing copper. The refrigerant pipe comprises a pipe main body containing copper or a copper alloy, and a rustproof film formed on the outer surface of the pipe main body. The rustproof film is obtained by applying to the outer surface of the pipe main body a coating agent wherein one or more types of rustproofing agents selected from the group consisting of (A) an organic sulfonate compound, (B) an organic acid ester compound of a polyhydric alcohol, and (C) an aliphatic amine compound having a carbon number of 8 to 24 are blended. When the coating agent includes a rustproofing agent of (C) an aliphatic amine compound having a carbon number of 8 to 24 the coating agent includes 2.0 weight% to 10.0 weight% of (C) an aliphatic amine compound having a carbon number of 8 to 24.
