Title:
REFRIGERATING AND AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/042698
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a refrigerating and air conditioning device capable of reducing the frictional resistance generated when starting up an expander, and of providing stability during the start-up of the expander. An expansion mechanism (2), an auxiliary compression mechanism (3), and lubricating oil (32) are housed in the same singular sealed container (35). An expander (1) is provided with a lubrication mechanism which supplies lubricating oil (32) to the bearings (31) of the expansion mechanism (2) and the auxiliary compression mechanism (3) respectively. A low-pressure inlet tube (13) creates a low-pressure superheated gaseous condition inside the sealed container (35), by feeding the auxiliary compression mechanism (3) a low-pressure gas refrigerant, a gas which during the start-up of the expander (1) is sucked in by a main compression mechanism (5). Through a first high-pressure inlet tube (50), the expanding mechanism (2) of the expander (1), with the inside of the sealed container (35) in a low-pressure superheated gaseous condition, is fed a high-pressure gas refrigerant released from the main compression mechanism (5).
