Abstract:

A refrigerating and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. The control method comprises: during the cooling of a freezing compartment of a refrigerating and freezing apparatus, acquiring an evaporator temperature of a freezing evaporator and a compartment temperature in the freezing compartment; when the evaporator temperature of the freezing evaporator is lower than the compartment temperature in the freezing compartment, acquiring a compartment humidity in the freezing compartment by means of a humidity sensor; if the compartment humidity in the freezing compartment is kept at a preset highest humidity all the time within a first preset duration, increasing the operation frequency of a compressor, and then acquiring the compartment humidity in the freezing compartment by means of the humidity sensor again; if the compartment humidity in the freezing compartment that is acquired again is still the preset highest humidity, determining that the humidity sensor is frozen; and performing thawing treatment on the humidity sensor after the cooling of the freezing compartment is finished. By means of the present invention, whether the humidity sensor is frozen can be accurately determined, such that the possibility of misjudgment is reduced or prevented, and the humidity sensor is subjected to thawing treatment in a timely manner, thereby facilitating subsequent humidity control.
