Abstract:
A refrigeration and freezing device and a control method therefor. The refrigeration and freezing device comprises a cabinet body and a compression refrigeration system, a freezing compartment being defined in the cabinet body. The compression refrigeration system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a freezing throttling device and a freezing evaporator which are sequentially connected in series to form a loop, an auxiliary heating device used for supplying heat to the freezing evaporator being arranged at the freezing evaporator. The control method comprises: when the refrigeration and freezing device reaches a preset automatic shutdown condition, stopping the compressor, and starting the auxiliary heating device so as to raise the evaporator temperature of the freezing evaporator to make same higher than the compartment temperature in the freezing compartment. In the present invention, in a shutdown period, the temperature of the freezing evaporator is raised by starting the auxiliary heating device, so that the freezing compartment is moisturized, and impact on a normal refrigeration process of the refrigeration and freezing device is avoided; and the compressor does not need to be frequently adjusted or started and stopped, so that the burden of control is relieved and damage on the compressor is reduced.
