A refrigeration cycle device equipped with: a compressor that has an injection port and that discharges a compressed refrigerant; an air heat exchanger for exchanging heat between air and the refrigerant; a first expansion valve; a water heat exchanger for exchanging heat between water and the refrigerant; a flow passage switching device that is provided on the refrigerant discharge side of the compressor, and that switches between a first state in which refrigerant discharged from the compressor is made to flow into the water heat exchanger, and a second state, in which refrigerant discharged from the compressor is made to flow into the air heat exchanger; injection piping that branches from a branch section in refrigerant piping connecting the water heat exchanger and the first expansion valve, and that is connected to the injection port; a second expansion valve provided in the injection piping; and an internal heat exchanger for exchanging heat between refrigerant flowing between the water heat exchanger and the branch section and refrigerant flowing from the second expansion valve in the injection piping. The branch section is provided downstream from the internal heat exchanger and upstream from the first expansion valve in the flow direction of the refrigerant when the flow passage switching device is operating in the first state.
