Abstract:
In the present invention, the following are provided: a heat dissipation unit (12) that dissipates the heat of a refrigerant discharged from a compressor (11); a pressure reducing unit (16) that reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, the heat of which was dissipated by the heat dissipation unit; an evaporation unit (17) that cools a heat medium by exchanging heat between the heat medium and the refrigerant the pressure of which had been reduced by the pressure reducing unit; an outside-air heat absorption unit (45) that absorbs heat from outside air in the heat medium cooled by the evaporation unit; heat sources (25, 82) that heat the heat medium as a result of the dissipation of heat to the heat medium; first circulation circuits (20, 80) that cause the heat medium to be circulated to the heat sources; a second circulation circuit (30) that causes the heat medium to be circulated between the evaporation unit and the outside-air heat absorption unit; and flow path switching units (26, 60, 83) that determine whether defrosting of the outside-air heat absorption unit is necessary, and switch the flow path of the heat medium such that, if it is determined that defrosting of the outside-air heat absorption unit is not necessary, the heat medium is caused to circulate in the first circulation circuits and the second circulation circuit separately, and if it is determined that defrosting of the outside-air heat absorption unit is necessary, the heat medium in the first circulation circuit is caused to circulate to the outside-air heat absorption unit.
