Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a refrigeration system and a refrigeration device, comprising: a semiconductor chip having a cold end and a hot end; a cooling structure connected to the cold end of the semiconductor chip; a heat dissipation structure connected to the hot end of the semiconductor chip; a cooling circulation fan provided corresponding to the cooling structure to allow the air from the cooling circulation fan to pass through the cooling structure and exchange heat with the cooling structure, the heat dissipation structure comprising a heat dissipation pipe connected to the hot end of the semiconductor chip, and a refrigerant being provided in the pipe; and a heat dissipation steel wire connected to the heat dissipation pipe. The refrigeration device comprises a cabinet and the refrigeration system. The present invention provides a refrigeration system and refrigeration device, which dissipate heat by means of the heat dissipation pipe and the heat dissipation steel wire that work silently, replacing the heat dissipation method using fans and aluminum fins, thus greatly reducing the noise produced by the refrigeration system and the refrigeration device applying same.
