Disclosed are a body (1) of a refrigerator and a refrigerator having same, the body (1) of the refrigerator comprising a plurality of heat-insulating plate assemblies (100), wherein the body (1) is formed by splicing the plurality of heat-insulating plate assemblies (100), and each heat-insulating plate assembly (100) comprises: a heat-insulating plate (120); and outer plates (110), the outer plates (110) covering the outside of the heat-insulating plate (120), wherein at least one of the multiple outer plates (110) is detachably connected to the covered heat-insulating plate (120).
