The present invention relates to a refrigerator and a method for processing information using artificial intelligence according to an input pattern. The present invention comprises a refrigerator to which an interface unit is coupled, wherein the interface unit outputs a capture image captured by a camera unit, receives a touch input which selects and identifies a first area in the captured image by using one or more lines, and displays the received touch input; and a method for displaying same.
