Abstract:
A refrigerator is provided with the following: an outer housing that constitutes the outside of a main unit; an inner housing (5) that is disposed inside the outer housing and comprises an upper inner housing (5a), a lower inner housing (5b), and a front plate (5c) that joins the upper inner housing (5a) and the lower inner housing (5b) to each other; and foamed thermal insulation between the outer housing and the inner housing (5). This refrigerator is further provided with the following: a cooler located at the back of the upper inner housing (5a); and a cooling-compartment case (14) that is attached to the rear surface of the upper inner housing (5a), below the cooler, and has a plurality of duct members (15, 16, 17) that join the upper inner housing (5a) and the lower inner housing (5b) to each other. Said duct members (15, 16, 17) are disposed at least on both sides of the back of the cooling-compartment case (14) and in front of the space therebetween and are structured so as to join the back of the upper inner housing (5a) and the back of the lower inner housing (5b) to each other in a fixed manner.
