Abstract:
A refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body, a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment provided to be opened in a first direction which is a forward direction disposed inside the body, and each disposed in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, an evaporator that generates cold air and is disposed behind the freezer compartment in the first direction, a freezer compartment duct that supplies the freezer compartment with cold air generated by the evaporator, a refrigerator compartment duct that supplies the refrigerator compartment with cold air, a connection duct that is provided to cause cold air in the freezer compartment duct to flow into the refrigerator compartment duct, a damper provided to selectively limit the flow of cold air so that the cold air in the freezer compartment duct selectively flows through the connection duct to the refrigerator component duct, wherein the damper is disposed on the outside of the refrigerator compartment, and the connection duct is provided to connect a first hole formed through a first surface of a freezer compartment duct oriented in the second direction and a second hole formed through a first surface of the refrigerator compartment duct facing through the first surface of the freezer compartment duct.
