The present invention relates to a rehabilitation exercise device, which comprises: a rehabilitation exercise unit for performing rehabilitation exercise by supporting the upper or lower extremities; and a mount on which the rehabilitation exercise unit is mounted, wherein the rehabilitation exercise unit comprises: a first support part for supporting a hand or foot; a second support part for supporting the forearm of the upper extremity or the lower leg of the lower extremity; a pair of first hinge parts for rotatably coupling the first support part and the second support part; a third support part for supporting the upper arm of the upper extremity or the thigh of the lower extremity; a pair of second hinge parts for rotatably coupling the second support part and the third support part; a first driving module installed on any one of the pair of first hinge parts to rotate the first support part with respect to the second support part; a second driving module installed on any one of the pair of second hinge parts to rotate the second support part with respect to the third support part; and a rotational force transmission unit for transmitting the rotational force of the second driving module from one of the pair of second hinge parts to the other.
