Abstract:
A relaxation nuclear magnetic resonance method for measuring glucose content in a liquid biological sample, wherein glucose oxidase and acidified potassium permanganate are used as reaction substrates, and the glucose content in a measured sample can be calculated by detecting the change of relaxation time by means of 1H-NMR. The method specifically comprises: step a: adding absolute ethyl alcohol or other equivalent organic reagents to a sample being measured in a certain proportion, mixing them well and letting the mixture stand still to denature and precipitate interfering proteins in the sample; step b: taking the supernatant and evaporating residual organic reagents; step c: respectively adding a detection solution and a control solution to a group A and a group B for reaction; step d: measuring a relaxation difference between the groups A and B by using a nuclear magnetic resonance instrument; and step e: calculating the glucose content in the measured sample according to the measured relaxation time difference and a known model under the sample category. By means of the relaxation nuclear magnetic resonance method, the glucose content in various liquid biological samples can be effectively measured, helping to further study the application of nuclear magnetic resonance technology in the direction of biological sugar detection.
