Abstract:
A riveting device for new energy vehicle production, the device comprising a machine body (1), wherein a first air cylinder (2), positioning assemblies (7) and fixing assemblies (8) are arranged inside the machine body; a telescopic rod of the first air cylinder (2) is fixedly connected to a shank sleeve (3); each of the positioning assemblies comprises a vertical rod (701), a first circular ring (702), a base (703), a supporting seat (704), a laser (705), a pull rod (706), a second circular ring (707) and a second air cylinder (708); and each of the fixing assemblies (8) comprises a clamping plate (801), a sliding groove (802), a supporting table (803), a curved rod (804), a vertical tube (805), a spring (806), a third air cylinder (807), an inclined rod (808), a circular rod (809) and a pressure rod (810). A using method for the riveting device for new energy vehicle production. The second circular ring (707) is driven by the second air cylinder (708) to slide up and down; the supporting seat (704) is driven by means of the pull rod (706) to rotate centripetally or centrifugally at the same time, such that a riveting point of a vehicle part is located when emitting points of the laser (705) coincide, thereby improving the riveting accuracy and the riveting effect; the riveting device is suitable for vehicle parts of different heights; and by means of the clearance fit between the vertical tube (805) and the curved rod (804) and between the circular rod (809) and the pressure rod (810), after the clamping plate (801) abuts against the vehicle parts, the pressure rod (810) is driven to rotate to abut against the top portions of the vehicle parts, so as to exert a reinforcing effect on the vehicle parts, thereby further improving the riveting stability, and reducing the riveting error rate.
