Abstract:
The present invention maintains the fairness of wireless communication between a donor base station and a terminal device. A relay device 20 relays wireless communication between one or more terminal devices 10 and a donor base station 30. When receiving, from the donor base station 30, a cell restriction instruction limiting the number of terminals that are able to be located in a cell formed by the donor base station 30, the relay device executes processing for avoiding a cell restriction operation on the relay device itself, and transmits the cell restriction instruction received from the donor base station 30 to the terminal device 10 located in a cell formed the relay device itself.
