Abstract:
A relay wireless terminal according to a first aspect performs a process for relaying communication between a base station and a remote wireless terminal in a mobile communication system. In a state in which the relay wireless terminal is in idle mode and a terminal-to-terminal wireless link between the relay wireless terminal and the remote wireless terminal is established, the control unit performs: a process of receiving, in a paging reception opportunity of the relay wireless terminal and from the base station, a paging message including an identifier of the remote wireless terminal as a called party; and a process of determining whether, in response to the reception of the paging message, not only the remote wireless terminal but also the relay wireless terminal is being called.
