Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a release film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, with which it is possible to release even a super-thin ceramic green sheet having a thickness of 1 μm or less using low and uniform force, and with which there is no risk of defects caused by foreign matter adhered to the film by electrification. [Solution] A release film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, said release film being obtained by laminating a release layer directly upon a surface layer A or with another layer interposed therebetween, with a polyester film serving as a substrate, a layer formed on one surface of the substrate serving as the surface layer A, and a layer formed on the other surface of the substrate serving as a surface layer B, wherein the release layer and the surface layer B are brought into contact and held for 48 hours under a pressure of 10 kPa in an atmosphere of 50°C, after which the charge amount of the release layer when the release layer and the surface layer B are separated is ±5 kV or less.
