Abstract:
Provided is a release film which has excellent release layer coating uniformity, release force velocity dependence, coating properties onto various resin sheets, and recyclability. A release film for molding resin sheets which has a polyester film and a release layer obtained by reacting and solidifying an aqueous coating composition, wherein: the aqueous coating composition contains water, a silicone A having a Q unit represented by SiO4/2, a silicone B having an Si-H group, a cross-linking reaction inhibitor, a platinum catalyst and a coupling agent; and the content of Si atoms which constitute the Q unit in the silicone A is within the range of 5-60 mol%.
