Abstract:
Provided inside a housing are: an input/output function unit (306) whereby controlled-device control information for controlling the operation of a controlled device and a communication function unit (307) that communicates with a programmable controller (200) is outputted to the controlled device on the basis of remote-control-device control information for controlling a remote control device (300a), the remote-control-device control information being outputted by the programmable controller (200), an output being presented from the controlled device, and the input/output function unit (306) receiving, as an input, operation result information indicating the operation results of the controlled device operated on the basis of the remote-control-device control information; a backup management unit (304) for creating backup data of internal data stored inside the remote control device (300a); and a nonvolatile memory (303) for storing the backup data.
