A remote control method and system based on an intelligent wheelchair (110). The method comprises: a communication step for establishing wireless communication with at least one controlled device (310); an interaction step for obtaining a control instruction of a user (320); a transmission step for transmitting the control instruction to the at least one controlled device on the basis of the wireless communication (330); and an execution step, i.e., the at least one controlled device executing, on the basis of the control instruction, a corresponding operation (340).
