Abstract:
A remote operation system for a vehicle comprises a plurality of remote operation devices each including: a communication unit that communicates with the vehicle and receives information including a request for remote operation; a presenting unit that presents the status of the vehicle received from the vehicle by the communication unit to a remote operator; a receiving unit that receives an operation performed by the remote operator; and a control unit that generates control information on the basis of the operation received by the reception unit and transmits the control information to the vehicle by using the communication unit, wherein the remote operation is executed by a remote operation device having a good communication environment with the vehicle that has transmitted the request for remote operation, among the plurality of remote operation devices.
