Abstract:
In the present invention, operational information (e.g. the pilot pressure, pump pressure, hydraulic oil temperature, engine rotational speed, hour meter, or the like) for a hydraulic shovel 1 and use environment information (operator information) for the hydraulic shovel 1 are transmitted from the hydraulic shovel 1 to a center server 32 together with machine information (for example, the type of machine, model, machine serial number, identification number, or the like). When, for example, a hydraulic hose, which is a replaceable component of the hydraulic shovel 1, is replaced, replaceable component information for the hydraulic hose (replaceable component name, replacement date) is transmitted from a maintenance computer 47 to the center server 32. The center server 32 predicts the replacement timing for the replaceable component (hydraulic hose) using the use environment information for the hydraulic shovel 1 in addition to the operation information and the replaceable component information for the hydraulic shovel 1.
