The present invention presents a plurality of events individually provided by businesses differing with respect to business type and business category such that it is possible to reserve said plurality of events all at the same time. A reservation processing device is provided with: reservable event information 223 in which is stored information relating to events that are to be reserved and that are provided by businesses differing with respect to business type and business category; and a keyword-expanding dictionary 225 that links a predicted keyword predicted to be input by an applicant with one or more related keywords associated with the predicted keyword at the time of reservation search and stores the result. A reservation processing module 221 receives input of one or more keywords, extracts a related keyword corresponding to the received keyword from among the stored related keywords, uses the extracted related keyword as a basis to specify a plurality of reservable events from among the stored reservable event information, and presents the specified plurality of events to the reservation applicant as events that can be reserved all at the same time.
